  • 1Large Zucchini
  • 25 ml Greek Yougurt
  • Salt
  • Peper

  1. 1

    Cut onion in small cubs and add to pan to simmer

    Cut zucchini in stripes and add to the pan with onions

    Cut garlic and add them when zucchini start to get soft

    In a bowl add cheese and greek yogurt and mix it

    When zucchini is soft put it in a bowl with Yogurt and mix it all.
