Ingredients

  • 90 mlHoney
  • 60 mlSriracha
  • 10 mlRice Vinegar
  • 10 mlPeanut Oil
  • 500 gPork strips
  • 3.7 mlSalt
  • 1,8 mlBlack Pepper
  • 4Garlic cloves
  • 175 mlGinger root
  • 30 mlSesame Seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Honey, Sriracha and Vinegar and set aside. Heat Oil in a frying pan and season meat with Salt and Pepper.

    Brown Pork in batches and set aside when done

    Add Ginger and Garlic and fry till fragrent then add Step 1 sauce and bring to a bubble.

    Add Pork back and combine thoroughly. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
