Egg Chowmein is the most common street food of my city Jamshedpur. It can be found easily in every neighborhood. So today I have made this egg chowmein in street style which is filled with eggs, veggies, sauces and desi spices. This recipe is originated from Kolkata.

Egg Chowmein is the most common street food of my city Jamshedpur. It can be found easily in every neighborhood. So today I have made this egg chowmein in street style which is filled with eggs, veggies, sauces and desi spices. This recipe is originated from Kolkata.
Steps

Chop all veggies thinly.

Cook noodles in boiling water, drain well and pour 1 – 2 tsp oil and toss well to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Whisk egg with salt and pepper, heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan/wok, pour the beaten eggs.

Scramble well and set aside.

Heat 1.5 tbsp oil over high heat and add garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add all chopped veggies.

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes and add 1 tsp garam masala powder and salt.

Add the cooked noodles and the sauces, toss well and add scrambled egg.

Mix well and serve hot street style egg chowmein.
