This sweet dish made by bread & rabdi. So crispy, delicious and mouthwatering sweet dish. Although the process is too lengthy of this recipe, but I prepare it quick and in easy way. Here are details,

Cut bread into a round shapes. Deep fry it in ghee till golden brown or crisp.

Take some fresh malai, and add 2 tablespoon of milk powder to it. Mix it very well. Don't use more sugar, powder has much sweetness.

When slices cool down apply cool rabdi on them & Sprinkle pista on them. Now set each rose petal on rabdi.

Shahi tukda is ready for serve. If you have some time put the rabdi in freeze for some time.

If some guest comes suddenly we can prepare it very fast. So try it at once.
