Ganpati festival will be incomplete without Modak’s and especially the creative variations that one can think of and make. I made it with Rose Coconut. Used grated coconut and Rose food colour
Steps

Grate the coconut and set it aside. In a pan add condensed milk, cardamom powder, rose essence, and rose food colour, mix and bring it to flame.

Add grated coconut and mix well, set aside to cool completely.

Grease your palm and Modak moulds, add the stuffing well and seal well, demould and Modak is ready.

Garnish with chopped pistachios.

Plate and enjoy 😊
