Modak is a sweet prasad which usually made in Ganesh Chaturthi Festival. Here I will show you to make Rose Modak which is very delicious in taste..and easy to make.
Steps

Take a non-stick pan. Add ghee, Milk powder, and Milk. Mix well. Put on flame. And keep the flame very low.

You will see within 2 to 3 mins mixture will nearly form like a dough. It will start leaving the pan.

Take it out on a plate and let it cool down. Knead it to make it smooth. Add Rose essence and colour. Add powdered Sugar and mix well.

Take Modak mould. Grease it with ghee. Put one or two petals of rose and pista take a small portion of the mixture and fill into the mould and with light pressure close the mould and remove the extra mixture and open and demould the Modak. Prepare all the Modaks in a similar manner.

Prepare all the Modak and keep it on a plate. Serve in a serving plate and celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi Festival with these delicious sweets.!!! Your kids will love this taste
