Take flour and rava. Add ghee. Mix it well. Add milk. Add a spoonful every time. Bind it

Make muthiya as shown in the picture. Deep fry it. In a mixing jar, add cardamom and nutmeg. Add sugar and grind it together.

Fry the edible gum. Keep it ready. Once muthiya is cool, grind it.

Add powdered sugar and fried gum to powdered muthiya. Heat up the ghee. Add as much as needed in laddu mixture. Keep poppy seeds ready.

Bind it to round shape. I made small size laddu to control the portion. You may make big too.

Tip - As I like coarse laadu, I didn't sieve it. You may if you like it. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi.
