When apples are in my fruit's basket I use to find different new and unique ideas to utilize them .
So here is the mouth melting and super soft apple vanilla muffins that go really well with evening tea or to give in kids lunch boxes.....

Beat egg and sugar for a few minutes.

Add in vanilla essence,milk and oil in this and beat for 2 minutes again.

Sieve in flour and baking powder and fold it gently with mixing spatula to avoid lumps formation

Then add in grated apples and mix again.

Fill in lined baking tray and bake in preheated patila for about 12 to 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy
