Lord Ganesha favorite sweet modak, today I m prepared rasmalai modak for Ganesha bhod. Rasmalai modak prepared with home made paneer(chena) and with solid milk.
Steps

Firstly mash the paneer and heat kadhai, then add paneer and cook until excess water is removed.

Now add mawa and cook until becomes a mixture remove from sides.

Now add condensed milk, cook mixture becomes like a dough or removes from sides.

Further, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate and add crushed cardamom, chopped pistachios, and dry rose petals and mix well.

And prepare modak from the help modak mould.

Ready rasmalai modak for bhod, serve and enjoy!
