Take a wok heat it, then add sugar and water in this, now cook them until the sugar properly dissolve in water. And give one big boil in high flame, then lower the flame. Make sure we don't have to make taar in sugar syrup.

Now add cardamom powder, kewara extract, food colour and boondi in this and mix it properly.

Now close this wok with lid and cook this boondi in low flame for 2-3 Min the until the boondi would be soft.

Now close gas flame and keep aside this soaked boondi for 5 min in close lid.

Now add chopped almonds, mix it well and make round shape of motichoor laddoo.

Instant motichoor ladoo is ready to the serve.
