Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion, garlic, green chillies and almonds and saute 2-3 minutes then add chopped broccoli stalks and cook some times.

Now add broccoli florets and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes. Now add water and boil it until the broccoli is cooked nicely.

Now remove from the flame, allow it to cool a little. Once slightly cooled, strain excess water and then put it into the mixer jar and make a fine paste.

Now add paste in the pan and add strained water into it and add black pepper powder and salt and cook them.

Now add milk and fresh cream mix it well and cook and let it simmer for few more minutes. Broccoli Almond Soup is ready.

Serve it hot with Toast.
