Take a vessel and add gram flour. Add some salt and red chili powder. Mix it then add 2 tbsp curd mix it well and knead it in a smooth dough by adding water if required.

Then grease your palm and make small balls of dough. Now make logs of gram flour dough balls.

Take a pan and add water to it. Put dough logs in it and make to boil it for 10 mnts.

Take a mixer jar. Add cubes of tomato piece in it add cumin seed, coriander seeds, cinnamon piece, cloves, cashew nuts, ginger, and green chili and grind it into a smooth paste. Use water while grinding if required.

After boiling dough logs, transfer them to a plate and cut them in small pieces.

Take a pan add oil to it then add gatte pieces in it and fry them shallow fry. Shift them in a plate.

Then add grinded paste in it and saute it properly. Then add 1tbsp curd and mix it well and saute then add spices in it mix properly and saute it till it releases oil.

Then add fresh cream and saute it then add water as required. Make a boil on medium flame then add gatte pieces in gravy and cook for another 10 minutes.

Then add garam masala and kasoori methi. Now our delicious gatte ki sabzi is ready to serve.
