I like to do my pulled pork on the kamado Joe, so I season the pork over night and then cook over 5-6 hrs. That means it has flavour and it's super soft but you can't beat a bit of extra sauce and bite with this. I let people add it themselves rather than chuck it all over as it has a sharpness from the cider vinegar bit it's awesome.

  • 1 cupcider vinegar
  • 3 tbspbrown sugar
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspDijon mustard
  • 3/4 cuptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspHenderson's relish

    Chuck all the ingredients in 1 bowl and mix well

  2. 2

    If you can't get Henderson's then Worcestershire sauce is your sub but bear in mind that's got anchovy in so add accordingly
