Melt butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add carrots, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Saute 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add soy sauce and water. Cover and cook carrots 10 to 15 minutes until just fork tender.

Uncover and add brown sugar and honey. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until liquid evaporates and glaze forms.
