This is actually a wholesome recipe. It reminds you of your roots.
Steps

Add hot water in Jowar flour. Cover it for 5-7 minutes. Mix it well and divide dough in equal portions. Roll it with some flour. Roast it well on both sides.

Take gram flour. Add turmeric, salt, and carom seeds. Add some water and mix it well. Keep it ready. Add oil in the pan. Add mustard. Let it crackle.

Add jeera, Asafoetida, green chillies and onion. Saute on low flame.

Once onion is cooked, add besan mix in it. Continue to stir and cook. Once it gets thick, add red chilli powder. Mix it well. Serve hot with Jowar bhakhri.
