Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 serves
  1. 2 CupSorghum
  2. 1 cupWheat flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 2 tbsoil
  5. Water for binding dough
  6. Ghee or Butter to apply over the Bhakhari

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the mixing bowl and both Flour add Salt and oil Bind medium hard dough,because generally for Bhakhari we bind bit hard dough than Roti or Chapati.

    Rest the dough for 10 minutes minimum

  3. 3

    Now you can get small portions and Roll the Bhakhari to Medium thick texture and point the holes with Rolling pin.

  4. 4

    Roast the Bhakhari by pressing them both the sides until they are golden brown and crispy,now apply some Ghee or butter as per your choice

  5. 5

    Enjoy them in your Breakfast or any meals with Sabji or Curry
