Indian desserts aur not only prepared for family and friends, but also for our deities in the form of Prasad. Today have prepared Rose Coconut Modak, modaks are offered to lord Ganesha.
Steps

First of all mix the milk powder in lukewarm milk
Heat the milk in a pan. - 2
Once heated, add dessicated coconut into the milk.
Mix it well - 3
Once it gets mix, add sugar and mix it well till sugar gets mixed.

Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee and mix it well. Cook the mixture till it leaves the pan.

Now take this mixture in 2 separate bowls, in one add Elaichi powder and in another add rose syrup.mix it and grease the Modak mould

Put both the mixture in Modak mould to get 2 in 1 flavour of Modak.Rose Coconut Modaks are ready.

Modakas are ready to offer to Bappa and after that we can have as Prasad.
