  • sweet potato
  • wood ear mushrooms
  • carrot
  • onion
  • scallions
  • cellophane noodles
  • rice paper wrappers

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the carrot, onion, wood ear mushrooms, taro, sweet potato, cellophane noodles, and scallions.

  2. 2

    Season with a little vegetable bouillon and pepper, then wrap the mixture in rice paper wrappers.

    Fry until golden and crispy.
