Easy Peasy Raan Roast

Ramsha Burney
Ramsha Burney @ramshaburney

This recipe was created by my nani. Who then passed it on to my ammi.
When I was younger, My ammi used to make this on every bakra eid. Being a foodie, I used to love everything my mom made. I always thought that this recipe must be really difficult to make but once I got to know how easy the preparation time is, I got so shocked. Being a working woman myself, It sometimes gets really difficult to manage things. But dishes like these are a lifesaver. You can make this easily without spending hours in the kitchen and plus point, it turns out great too. So win-win situation and must try receipe.
