Ingredients: 2 C cooked shredded chicken; 2/3 C salsa; 2 C shredded cheddar cheese; 8 eggs; 1 pkg chicken taco seasoning mix; 2 C half and half; 2 T melted butter; 4 oz can chopped green chilies; 1/2 C sliced black olives optional; salt and pepper to taste; 2 frozen deep dish pie crust

2 Ccooked shredded chicken
2/3 Csalsa
2 Cshredded cheddar cheese
8eggs
1 pkgchicken taco seasoning mix
2 Chalf and half
2 Tmelted butter
4 ozcan chopped green chilies
1/2 Csliced black olives optional
salt and pepper to taste
2frozen deep dish pie crust

Steps

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and evenly spoon into both pie crusts.

In large bowl, whisk next 7 ingredients. Pour mixture evenly in each shell.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until center is set.
