Ingredients

3.5 hours
  • 2lamb shanks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 sticksRosemary
  • 3 sticksThyme
  • 2 tbsOil
  • 2Carrot
  • 1Celery
  • 4Garlic
  • 0.5 cupRed wine
  • 6Tomatoes
  • Chicken broth

Steps

3.5 hours
  1. 1

    Put some salt and pepper on the lamb shank. Sear this for ten minutes

  2. 2

    Take out the shank. Add on the veg in the same pan. Cook for ten minutes

  3. 3

    Add your tomatoes and red wine and broth.

  4. 4

    Slow cook this and enjoy there after. Serve with chips or mash
