Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Tempered Mustard seeds urad dal roasted bengal gram saute.Add asofoetida and curry leaves. Add chopped onion saute till looks transparant. Add fresh peas and chopped carrot salt and ginger chilli paste.Saute properly.

Now add suji and sambhar masala.mix it well and roast it properly till release fregrance.on slow mid.flame.

Meanwhile boil 4cups of water. And add in a suji.Mix it and cover the lid for 2min. Lastly add chopped coriander lemon juice and sugar powder. Mix properly.Turn off flame.

Tasty Healthy Vegetable Upma is ready to Serve. Serve with Coconu Chutney.
