Hello foodie friends.here I am going to share delicious breakfast recipe inspired from curd rice I.e. Curd Oats. You can have it in your weight loss journey. As we know that curd is good source of probiotics, And probiotics help to improve good gut bacteria.
Steps

Take oats in wok and dry roast it. Now add salt to taste and water. Cover it and let it cook. Oats will absorb all water.

Now transfer oats in bowl and add curd. Mix it Properly.

In another wok heat oil and add mustard seed. Let it crack. Add urad daal, curry leaves and red chilli.

Pour this temper in curd Oats.
