Ingredients

10 mins.
2-3 servings
  • 2 cupsfinely chopped palak washed and drained
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1 tspchopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmericpowder
  • 3/4 cupgram flour
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 5 tbspoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan drop spoonful of the mixture using your fingers and deep fry a few pakodas at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all sides.

    Palak pakoda is ready to Serve.
