Steps

Low steam ribs with ginger and 2 cloves of garlic,,1/4 cup soy sauce and 2 TBS oyster sauce for about 5 minutes

Rinse ribs and fry with a neutral oil (on a medium heat) in a non stick frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste

Once meat is browned on all sides, add 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, 2 TBS brown sugar and 1 tsp crushed garlic. Allow to saute for about 3 minutes

Add the ginger ale and allow the sauce to thicken. Once done, sprinkle with chopped sping onion
