Ingredients

  • Halfcup of beans
  • I use 2 half cup of flour for pasta
  • 1scotch bonnet
  • 2Medium onions
  • 10maggi cube
  • 1 serving spoonvegetable oil
  • 7red bell pepper
  • Curry
  • 1 TSPpalm oil
  • Ginger

Steps

    Wash your beans and cook it till tender.

  2. 2

    Wash your red bell, scotch bonnet red, onions.grat the oinons and red bell pepper.

  3. 3

    I a pot add your vegetable oil and palm oil add your curry, ginger and fry for 10 seconds.

  4. 4

    Add your grated onions, red bell pepper fry for 5 minutes.add your water.add your seasoning allow to boil. Then add your pasta and cook beans and stir.

  5. 5

    Cook on a medium heat for 10_15 minutes.
