Chop paneer, marinated with a pinch of turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and cooking oil. Lightly fry them.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add cardamom and cinnamon, bay leaf and chopped onion.

When onion is soft and aromatic,add onion paste. Mix chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Cook in low flame till oil separate.

Add tomato puree and cook well. Then mix garam masala powder and crushed kasoori methi. Cook till oil separate and add water and salt. Bring to boil.

Mix paneer cubes 1/2 Tsp sugar, cream and allow to cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with grated pista and almonds.
