Ingredients

  • 12 pcschicken wings
  • Halfkg pork belly
  • Some peppercorns
  • 2bay leaf
  • 1chilli
  • 1 headgarlic
  • 5 tbspsoy
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • Halfcup water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except vinegar.

  2. 2

    Marinate for an hour.

  3. 3

    Simmer until sauce thickens. Then add vinegfr.

  4. 4

    Simmer again for 3-5 mins.
