Ingredients

4 persons
  1. For base:
  2. 8-10Finger biscuits
  3. 1/2 cupMilk
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. For cheesecake layer
  6. 100 gmsPhiladelphia cheese
  7. 1/2 canCondensed milk
  8. 1/2 cupWhipping cream
  9. 1/2 cupAll-purpose cream
  10. 1/4 tspVanilla essence
  11. Berry Compote
  12. 1/2 cupMix berries of your choice
  13. 4 tbspSugar
  14. 1 tspLemon juice
  15. 2 tbspWater
  16. 1 tspCornflour

Cooking Instructions

    For berry compote, add berries, sugar, water, lemon juice & corn flour in a pot, mix well & let it cook on low flame until it becomes thick & glossy

    Whip cream & set aside

    With the help of electric whisk, beat cream cheese until smooth, add in condensed milk, vanilla essence & all-purpose cream, beat for another 5 minutes.

    Add 2 tbsp of berry compote & whipped cream to the mixture and fold with spatula.

    For biscuit layering: mix milk with sugar, dip finger biscuits and layer in serving cups/glasses.

    Cheese cake layer:
    Put mixture in a piping bag and layer it neatly.

    Add some berry compote on top, repeat layers, on the top I layered simple whipped cream and added some Blueberry to it.

    Serve chilled, recommended chilling time is overnight at least 2 hours!
