In a bowl add egg and in another bowl add Cornstarch, use this to bread the fish and fry then set aside.

In a wook pan add oil saute onion, garlic, carrot, Pineapple, bellpepper.
In a bowl add 3/4 cup water and delmonte sweet and sour, then pour in the pan.
Add fish fillet, and serve
