Salt
Dried bonito shavings
Soy sauce

Wash and chop the spinach's roots

Add water and a pinch of salt to a pot.

After boilding, Boil the sliced spinich for 1-2 minutes.

Drain water off the spinach and chop the spinach into about 2-3cm wide cuts.

Dish out

Sprinkle dried bonito shavings and soy sauce
