Ingredients

3ripe bananas
1/4th cup oil
1/4th cup powdered sugar
2 cupsRefined flour
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspbaking powder
As RequiredMilk
As RequiredChopped almonds or nuts of choice
1/2 tspvanilla essence
Some orange or lemon zest (optional)

In a bowl mix oil, sugar, and flour and form a batter-like consistency.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Grease the baking tin. Add the batter and bake in a preheated oven for 20mts at 200 degrees.

Sprinkle some icing sugar or cocoa powder. Ready for High Teas.
