Make sushi rice. Be sure to rinse thoroughly. Use light amount of vinegar when done

Bake salmon at 425 for 15-17 minutes

Combine soften cream cheese, Japanese Mayo, crab, and salt

Layer baking dish with rice on bottom and sprinkle with Furikake, then layer salmon, then layer crab mix.

Sprinkle more Furikake and drizzle with spicy Mayo. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 350

Serve in bowl with sliced cucumber and avocado on top and a drizzle of spicy Mayo and light amount of soy sauce
