500 grpork belly
6dried shitake mushrooms
1 blockfirm tofu
6 clovesgarlic
5spice powder, salt and sugar

Pan fried the pork belly and garlic. Add the mushrooms (soak them in water first until soft)

Add soy sauce, 5 spice powder and salt. Mix them well.

Add water and let it simmer until soft. I add a bit if sugar also. Cook in low hear with the pot lid on. Serve with steam rice.
