Wash your meat, stock fish, Pomo. Add pepper, maggi and salt place on the fire to cook, allow water to dry from the meat so that the soup won't become watery Please don't add onions.

Wash your water leaf and ugu and place aside. Check if your meat is well cooked to your satisfaction. Then add your waterleaf cover the pot to cook for about 5min, add your grinded crayfish and dryfish and maggi stir and cover for another 3min. Add your oil,and cover to cook for another 2min. Open stir and taste for salt. actually like oil in my soup.

Then add your ugu, stir and taste and put down. Your soup is ready serve with any swallow of your choice.
