  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbsdahi
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • Halftsp salt
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • Pinchzeera
  • 2 tbsghee ya oil

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Pan mein ghee garam karein Onion and potatoes add kar k fry karein

  2. 2

    Medium low flame pa fry karein. Fry for few minutes

  3. 3

    Ab namak mirch masaly dal k fry karein

  4. 4

    Kuch minutes fry karein, Ab end pa baingan dal k cook karein

  5. 5

    Pani add ni krna

  6. 6

    Low flame pa cook krain

  7. 7

    25 minutes tak cook ho jaien gy.
