Wash the green chilies and slice them into rounds. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, chili flakes, and carom seeds. Mix well and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add chickpea flour and rice flour to the chilies. Mix well, then add 2 tablespoons water and mix again. Do not add too much water.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add the prepared chilies one by one to the hot oil and fry until crispy. Remove and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
