  1. 1/2 cupragi flour
  2. 1/2 cupsuji
  3. 1 tbspwheat flour
  4. somegrated beetroot
  5. 3beans finally chopped
  6. 1-2green chillies chopped
  7. 4-5chopped basil leaves
  8. somefresh chopped coriander
  9. 1 tbspcurd
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 2 tbspDesi ghee or cooking oil
  14. 1 glasswater
  15. as requiredSalt to taste

    In a mixing bowl add ragi,suji & wheat flour.Then add veggies,curd, masala ingredients.

    Make a batter that is pourable.keep on rest the batter for 10-15 min.After that pour a laddleful of the batter on to a hot lightly greased flat pan.

    Cook till crisp from both sides.Very healthy, crispy Chillas are ready to serve with curd
