Steps

In mixing bowl add jowar flour, grated beetroot, chopped green corainder leaves, almonds coarse powder, green chilli ginger garlic paste and salt.

Mix well and add curd. Mix, add enough water to make lump free pancake batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat iron griddle. Grease with oil. Pour laddleful of prepared batter in center. After few seconds sprinkle oil. Cook on low medium flame till lower side turn crispy golden.

Flip and cook another lower side turn crispy golden. Similarly prepare all pancakes.

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Jowar-Beetroot Pancake with hot tea or coffee.
