Eight Treasure Veg Fried Rice

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. Cook rice atleast one hour before preparing fried rice.. All grains should be seperate.

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry walnuts and almonds slices to light brown. Transfer it in plate.

Add remaining 1 tbsp oil in wok. Add all chopped vegetables, grated ginger, salt and ajinomoto (I didn't used). Stir fry on high flame till veggies soften but crispy.

Add boiled rice and mix well.

Add and mix red chilli sauce,soya sauce, salt and vinegar.

Transfer it in serving bowl/ plate. Garnish with fried walnuts and almonds slices.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Eight Treasure Veg Fried Rice.
