  • Green onion stalk very finely chopped
  • 1 tspItalian seasonings
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 4 tbspSriracha Sauce
  • Tarter Sauce

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and remove skin.

    Pre heat baking oven on 120/80. Put potatoes in dish and smash them.

    Put over seasoning, salt, green onion and then cover with cheese slice.

    Put in oven and bake until cheese well melt.
