Potato cream soup (V)
I have a lot of potatoes so I decided to make this soup!
Steps

Cut vegetables and melt butter in a pan. Fry for about 5 minutes

Fill with water and bring to the boil. Add salt and black pepper. Skim the foam from the surface. Wait until it's cooked through.

Mix with hand mixer

When it's smooth, add milk and mix it. If you want to add more salt and pepper, adjust here

Arrange on the plate and drizzle a little olive oil over the top
