Wash and cut all vegetables.Soak cauliflowers in water for 15 mins, so if any worms inside will come out in water. I also parboiled gobhi for just few minutes in boiling water.

Heat oil, add zeera than add onions and saute it to soften but don't brown it, then add ginger garlic paste and fry for few mins.

Than add haldi powder red chilli powder and tomatoes, mix them and cook till tomatoes soften. Add few green chillies.

When masala is fried add potatoes and gobhi phool, stems and leaves. Fry them for a minute.

Add water enough to tender vegetables
Add salt. When half cooked add some ginger strips. - 6
When sabzi is cooked taste seasionings. Add more green chillies and ginger julieline, dhania and garam masala powder and put on dum flame for few minutes.

Serve with homemade chapatti or paratha.
