  • 10 1/2 ozveal cutlets (about 300 grams)
  • 3 1/2 ozParmesan cheese (about 100 grams)
  • 1 bagmixed salad greens
  • as neededExtra virgin olive oil,
  • as neededSalt,
  • as neededBlack pepper,

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the salad greens from the bag, wash them, and let them dry in a colander.

  2. 2

    Use a knife to cut the Parmesan into shavings and set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat a grill pan until hot.

  4. 4

    Once hot, sprinkle a little salt on the pan to help prevent the meat from sticking.

  5. 5

    Place the veal cutlets on the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

  6. 6

    Remove the meat, place it on a cutting board, and slice it into strips.

  7. 7

    Arrange the salad greens on a serving plate, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Top with the veal strips and Parmesan shavings, then serve.
