Ingredients

1small onion cut into 1" pieces
1/4 Ccilantro
1medium jalapeno seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
3medium ripe vine tom cut into 1 inch pieces
1 teaspoonfresh lime juice
1/2 Cfrozen corn kernels
1/2 Tkosher salt

Place onion, cilantro, and jalapeno into work bowl and proceds until finely chopped about 5 sec. Scrape the bowl

Add Tom and lime juice. Pureed until coarsely chopp3e 5- 7 times. Add corn and salt. Pulse once just to combine. Let it sit 1 hr before serving.
