Steps

Pound garlic, spring onion together then add black pepper and 1/2 cup boiled water. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

Add mince, chives, soy, white pepper, paste and chilli and mix together.

Strain your mixture and mix the infused water to the mince.

Warm a small amount of the meat in the microwave to taste if you have enough salt. Add if needed.

Place filling in your wrapper to desired shape. Use water to seal the edges.

Heat the oil in a pan (that has a lid), place dumplings inside the pan and allow to get golden brown at the bottom. Once golden brown, add water then cover the pan with its lid for them to steam till the water has evaporated. It’s a fast process so be careful not to burn it.
