Cottage cheese' pakoras '& potatoes 'pakoras' are very popular dish in India. It is prepared with spiced cottage cheese cubes coated with chickpeas flour batter and fried.
Steps

Cut cottage cheese into long cubes and keep aside.wash potatoes 🥔 and pat dry on kitchen towel, peel and cut into round rings and keep aside.

In a bowl 🥣 add ginger-garlic paste 🧄, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️,black pepper powder,salt, Chaat masala, dry fenugreek leaves 🌱 and plain yogurt mix well, add cottage cheese cubes and marinade for 15 mins, coat well.

In remaining masala, add potatoes round rings and mix well, keep aside.

For batter: in a bowl 🥣,add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, asafoetida,dry mango powder 🥭 salt and mix well, add water mix well, heat oil in a wok and dip the marinade cottage cheese in gram flour mixture and coat well, add in hot oil and fry till golden brown and serve hot. When you are finished with frying cottage cheese, dip potatoes 🥔 in gram flour and fry them to, till golden brown.

Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup 🍅
