As all are aware of that I Love Baking and my family loves Cookies, brownies, ice cream , dessert & what not 😀..

Ingredients

25 to 30 min
8,10 servings
  • 170 gmunsalted butter
  • 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupcastor sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 tspcorn flour
  • 1/2 cupsemi sweet chocolate chips

Steps

25 to 30 min

    Stiff all dry ingredients (flour, corn flour, baking soda and salt)..

    Set a side..

    In a bowl beat butter and both sugar until creamy.. about 2 min on medium high speed..

    Add egg and essence beat well..

    Now add dry ingredients.. beat until together (into two batches)

    Fold well to make a dough..

    Lastly add chocolate chips..

    Grease 12 " pan with butter..

    Set dough over it..

    Bake for 22 to 25 min for more crisp go to 30 min..

    Notes: preheat oven at 180 degree and bake at 150..

    Butter should be preferably little cold.. rest all are on room temperature

  13. 13

    Dough can be freeze upto 3 months and refrigerate for 3 days..

    This batter make 2.. 12 " and 8 inches

  15. 15

    Let the cookie cool down completely.. it help in cutting the slices well..

    After cutting you can put it in airtight box.. can be keep 2,3 days at room temperature

    Serve with ice cream and drizz6 chocolate syrup on top..
