Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  1. 2.2 poundsboneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 kg)
  2. Shawarma marinade ingredients:
  3. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonmixed spice
  5. 1 teaspoonshawarma spice
  6. 2 teaspoonssalt
  7. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  8. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  9. 1whole head of garlic
  10. For serving with the shawarma:
  11. 1 headgarlic
  12. 1/4sweet bell pepper
  13. Oil
  14. Salt
  15. 1/2lemon
  16. 1small head of lettuce
  17. 1tomato
  18. French fries
  19. Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken into small pieces.

    Add the marinade ingredients to the chicken and let it marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

    Fry the marinated chicken shawarma.
