For the Fritters:
Combine the Pumpkin, Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Egg. - 2
Fry spoonful of batter in shallow oil.

Place on kitchen towel to drain off the excess oil.

For the sauce:
In a small sause pan bring to boil the Margarine, Sugar and Milk. - 5
Whish the Custard powder into the Water. Slowly add it to the milk mixture and bring back up to boil.

Pour sauce over the fritters and serve.
